It won’t feel as lost of painful as you know can rely and use some of the tips and advice given to help manage your condition better. It will also boost your self esteem as a schizophrenic. This helps as there are many of us who strives to make things a better place and makes society more aware of mental health conditions. As a caregiver, you will get to better understand your symptoms and take action to be in control of your life.
How I Feel After Doing It
I started having a social media account with 300 followers and is still growing. I am very proud of my hard work and effort. Although there is still a lot to learn, I feel that I have managed to help some schizophrenics and their caregivers. This makes me feel proud and I feel that I have reached my goal of helping even one person. I will still continue to work hard to help others like me and their families by sharing my experiences and tips.
I now have over a 1,000 followers on Instagram. I plan to grow it even further. These days am trying to upload more articles regularly in order for my work to be published so that it can help others in the same predicament as me.
I hope this would help our warriors and caregivers in order to motivate them never to give up! Although there are times when you feel like giving up, rest well and try again. Every step is a step forward and every day is a new start!
