What To Do
Buy yourself a comfortable chair that would comfort you. When you are upset, sit in that chair that would possibly make you relax in it. Get yourself a foot stool and a blanket. It will help you to relax and release your emotions.
What Does It Do
Make yourself so comfortable that you will enjoy your happy and sad moments on the chair. Read books on that chair. Make the chair your safe space in troubled times. Try to think of your happy moments whenever possible.
How I Feel After Doing It
As I plunked down onto the seat of my favourite wing chair, I reminisce the times that I went through my entire journey. My struggles, pain, progression, growth and happiness. Every single tear and smile I had was sometimes experienced in my chair.
