What To Do
Read a good self help book that can take our mind off the annoying voices. The voices are not only detrimental to our health but it can be really disturbing to our lives. Spend a good amount of time reading self help books that can make you progress and move forward from our situation. Only we can stand up for our ownselves.
What Does It Do
Reading makes one keep calm. Not only does reading uses a lot of brain power but it helps to keep you focussed on the content. As you get focussed, the voices will not annoy you as much as before. I understand that reading a book may be difficult for some Schizo Warriors. However, if you try reading gradually daily, I believe you may improve considerably.
How I Feel After Doing It
Initially, I find it very difficult to get into a reading habit. After trying hard over the years, I finally got into a reading habit daily. I read up about mental health, general knowledge and self help genres. I feel relieved and peaceful after a good read. I also feel happy that I have learned something everytime I read. I get unshakeable contentment. I usually use what I read for my Instagram stories in order to inspire and help other Schizo Warriors!
