Music Therapy When Irritated

What To Do

Play club-beat music in the background at a reasonable volume whenever you are irritated. When I feel the need to destress, I find certain club-beat music works well for me. My choice of club-beat songs are by Tiesto. 

What Does It Do

When you feel irritated or annoyed at the voices, try listening to club beat music with the volume at a reasonable level. You may dance along or just enjoy the beat. I strongly believe that choosing to listen to such music is better than being drowned by the voices.

The music will ease the pain and annoyance caused by the voices. If you feel tortured or utterly annoyed, playing such songs for a short period of time helps a lot!

How I Feel After Doing It

Each time I hear the machine-like beat sounds in my mind, it drives me up the wall. I find it totally unbearable. The only method that could help me take my mind off those sounds is to listen to club-beat music temporarily. However, playing it throughout the day will not be effective as it makes you more on edge instead. Only listen to it when you are irritated.

It helps me to switch my focus and be able to concentrate on other activities. I really enjoy the club beat sounds thumping into my ears and heart. After a while, I became less irritated and then I changed the genre to English oldies songs for the rest of the day.
