What To Do

Play club-beat music in the background with the volume at a reasonable level whenever you are irritated or stressed. Of course, you may choose any music or songs that appeal to you. As for me, my choice is club-beat songs by Tiesto.

What Does It Do

When you feel irritation or annoyance caused by the voices, try listening to club-beat music. You may dance along or just enjoy the beat. I strongly believe that choosing to listen to such music is better than being drowned by the voices.

Through my experience, when I feel tortured or utterly irritated, playing such songs for a short period of time helps a lot! It eases the pain and annoyance caused by the voices.

How I Feel After Doing It

At times, I hear machine-like sounds in my mind. When that happens, it drives me up the wall as I find it totally unbearable. The only method that could take my mind off those sounds is to listen to club-beat music temporarily. However, playing it throughout the day will not be effective as it makes you more on edge instead. Only listen to it when you are irritated or whenever it is necessary.

Listening to music helps me switch my focus and be able to concentrate on other activities. I really enjoy the club-beat sounds thumping into my ears and heart. After a while, when the irritation lessened, I changed the genre back to English oldies songs to continue soothing and calming my feelings.
