Hug A Plush Toy When You Want To

What To Do

Get yourself a favourite plush toy. Hug it whenever you feel stressed or need comfort.

What Does It Do

Make sure you find joy in choosing your favourite plush toy. Gain relief and happiness when hugging it during your down times or whenever you need comfort. It is really useful and helpful especially when you are experiencing immense stress. 

How I Feel After Doing It

I got myself a 130cm goose plush toy. It is very nice and soft to hug. I also have a teddy bear which is really fluffy and adorable. Having a plushie helps me to de-stress every time the voices appear and annoy me. I feel relieved and comforted when hugging it. In a way, I find it good for my mental health. However, I would personally suggest not to get too attached to the plush toy. Only hug it in times of need.

Just a gentle reminder, do not let the voices affect your actions. Remember not to hurt yourself, others or items around you. You must be strong minded and know that thoughts will only remain as thoughts. Know that they do not define you.
