What To Do
Exercise outdoors in the morning daily for at least 20 minutes while soaking in the sunlight. You may set a timer and play some music to motivate you. Follow some YouTube videos on exercises to guide you. It may be difficult initially but if you continue to put in the effort, you will gradually get the hang of it. Give it your best to persevere and focus. Sweat it out. Be in control and work on becoming a better version of yourself, warriors!
What Does It Do
At the beginning, I managed to burn only 120 calories after exercising for 20 minutes. It may not be much but I felt happy because I did it. I felt better that I had completed the workout routine. Dopamine and serotonin are released during exercise which help to boost my mood.
How I Feel After Doing It
I really dread exercising at the very beginning. I had countless conflicts with my mother over this issue. She would try to coax me to exercise and I would refused. She would get frustrated with me. After much tears and refusals, I managed to slowly incorporate exercising to my daily routine. It was very tiring and and tough to remain disciplined. There were many times that I would fall back but I refused to give up. It took me a few years to finally fall into routine which I am glad. Exercising brings forth positive results as I felt more energized and am stronger compared to before. I gained muscles too. I was called a weakling back then as I was frail looking. Now, I am able to lift weights up to 15 kgs besides walking on the treadmill, doing sit-ups and chin-ups exercises. Seeing the results I achieved through exercising motivates me to keep going. Incorporating exercising to my daily routine is probably one of the best thing I have done for myself.
I am pleased I made the effort and I feel really good about it. I did this solely for myself to maintain slim and healthy besides having a healthy mind. Start to exercise even though if it is just going for walks at the park. You will gradually pick up if you remain disciplined. Warriors, help yourself to become a healthier you!
